I love, love, love the Wealth Dynamics process.  I met Roger in 2008 in the San Francisco Bay Area. You know when people say, “You had me at Hello” that’s kind of how it went. I thought his story and vision were so compelling and that the Wealth Dynamics system was so powerful that the next morning I jumped in with him. A couple weeks later I spent a weekend with him (and about 500 other people)… at a WD seminar. It has transformed my work and my life.  That was about 4 years ago. Let me tell you a bit about me. I’m a business consultant. My main focus is business turnarounds – difficult business turnarounds. Since learning about the WD process I have used it with my clients to help them understand their core competencies when it comes to generating wealth in their business and their lives. The results have been astonishing! The success rate of my turnaround has reached peaks.

Now, I’m able to save nearly 100% of my clients’ businesses. Even the toughest cases can be turned around. Before WD I didn’t understand that my clients’ inability to focus on their core dynamics had such a negative influence on their business success. Entrepreneurs, by definition, are “jacks of all trades” – they are un-focused and think they can (and should) do everything themselves – Baloney!  As I’m writing this, I’m working with $3M a year family business that is $800,000 in debt to the IRS, and their sales are trending downwards. Not a good place to be during a dwindling economy!

Honestly, 5 years ago, I’m not sure I would have been able to save them. But now, with the help of WD, after just 3 weeks on this job I can already tell you that not only will I turn them around, but they will repay their debts in the next 5 years, while making a positive profit each year and funding their retirement accounts so the owners can retire in about 10 years. They don’t know it but 99% of the success this company will have in the next 10 years and beyond, is due to what Roger has been teaching me for the last 4 years!

Nothing is more powerful than understanding what you are naturally good at and defining your work activities based on your core competencies and delegating the rest of the work to other people who are naturally good at the other stuff. This is how businesses are turned around – this is how millionaires are made!  Thanks Roger
