I have leant that with the Wealth Dynamic Profiling,  we all have particular traits & knowing what you & others are good at is particularly valuable in building the best team / Company, I did the test in October 2009.  The action I have Now taken is to get the key people who are involved in the business to take  the Wealth Dynamic profile test, to build the best business a round.  The results I have achieved is great growth in a short time.  I also recommend the test to all business people that want to be surrounded by particular people, thanks Roger.
